It is crucial to have a process in place for generating ideas if your employment entails writing or creative thinking. If not, you'll find it difficult, even impossible, to come up with original answers to creative challenges. Artificial intelligence can be useful in this situation.
My initial job at the agency was "Creative Assistant." My responsibility was to brainstorm as many ideas as I could for each customer that entered the office. Anything from blog entries, advertising content, social media competitions, sales promotions, and communications strategy to taglines, video scripts, and brand campaigns.
You collaborate on concepts with a creative director in this role. And that individual determines if it is worthwhile to pursue your concept. Because many times what you believe is a great idea turns out to be a turd, it's like a combination boot camp and hell. If nothing else, working in this field teaches you that having a lot of ideas leads to good ones. And you have to expose yourself to ideas in order to have lots of them.
Thus, I did. Every day, I would search the internet, read everything I could find, watch movies or music videos, converse with strangers, peruse past campaigns, listen to music, go for long walks, enjoy long stretches of silence, and pace the room while holding a small black notebook and a pencil behind my ear.
Finding ideas was not difficult, but coming up with good ones was difficult. Occasionally, they strike. Not always. There were moments when no creative ideas at all came to me. When there was a deadline, that's when the muse appeared. I bet a lot of you have encountered something similar.
I soon learned that you're going to have a difficult time if your profession requires creative thinking and you don't have a framework in place for generating ideas. This is where the writing and brainstorming tools powered by artificial intelligence (AI) are useful. And I want to demonstrate for you how to use these tools to create communications that resonate with your target audience in this article.
Let me clarify before continuing: You don't need to be an expert to use the information I'm going to provide. And if you are an expert, you may discover that using them sharpens your skills.
I'm going to make up a corporation named Antler Space Travel just for this exercise. For the brand to have an effect on the market, it will need to create targeted messaging.
Now let's get started.
The Case of Antler Space Travel
Antler, a business engaged in commercial space exploration, seeks to create a communications strategy that will be supported by staff members, investors, and the general public.

HelloScribe, an AI for Creative Professionals, is being used by the Antler team to assist with PR writing and concept generation for marketing.

Recall that every example I will provide to you is artificial intelligence (AI) generated. However, it is up to a person to decide which interpretation of the text or concept best fits their intentions. These instruments are useless without a human operator!
Now let's go on.

Antler's Story
Antler Space Travel is humanity's first and only means of visiting other worlds in the not-too-distant future. We can transport passengers anywhere in the solar system with our streamlined, highly functional spacecraft. Antler Space Travel gives people from all walks of life the opportunity to explore the universe beyond their own planet, which is a vital service to civilization. We put a lot of effort into making sure that each passenger has a genuinely exceptional experience, and we take great pride in our flawless safety record and customer satisfaction rate.
This is how they see it:
"To lead the way to human exploration of space by developing technology that makes affordable and accessible commercial space travel a reality."
Their goal is this:
Our mission is to discover the secrets of space and make it possible for people to encounter extraterrestrial life. We accomplish this by creating cutting-edge spaceship technology, expanding a welcoming international traveler community, and creating one-of-a-kind experiences that encourage people to dream big.
Antler is the latest in a long line of businesses venturing into space, including SpaceX and Amazon Blue Origin. Antler can be better defined in the eyes of the customer by developing a value proposition that makes them stand out from the competition.
Their next value proposition is as follows.
Encouraging everyone to have access to and afford space travel.
The exciting part is about to begin!
Antler must make a name for himself in the media. They have to put in a bit more effort to attract attention since, unlike their rivals, they don't have a Bezos or Musk at the helm. The following actions are suggested by Antler's PR plan to help place the company on the map.
A Charm Offensive
The fact that Anna Lee, the CEO of Antler, is a woman is one of its advantages. In an industry where men predominate, this is a crucial differentiation. The team thinks that sharing her tale will result in favorable media coverage.

This is the professional profile created by AI for her:
"Anntler Space Travel's CEO is Anna Lee. She is a married mother of two, an MIT alumna, and an enthusiastic scientist and entrepreneur who has a fascination with space travel. The company's space program development and operations are overseen by Anna. Her goal is to provide access to space travel for all people and advance scientific research by implementing creative space tourism initiatives. She loves to read science fiction books, watch science fiction movies, listen to reggae music (especially Ziggy Marley), spend time with her family, cook Caribbean food in her kitchenette (especially jerk chicken), and scale any climbing wall that comes her way in her free time."
This is what Anna had to say:
In addition to being an exciting event, space travel represents a significant advancement in our mission to study the cosmos. We get closer to solving its riddles and learning what's out there in space with every new expedition.
Let's try to get an interview with Forbes Magazine now. To send a media pitch (email) to one of their reporters, we utilize HelloScribe.
"Subject: Antler Space Travel: CEO Anna Lee's Exclusive Interview
Hi Alice,
I wanted to get in touch with you to ask if you would be interested in speaking with the CEO of Antler Space Travel exclusively. We are transforming space exploration by facilitating common people's access to Mars. We are enthusiastic about the potential that our state-of-the-art technology provides for the advancement of human exploration. I think this article would be a hit with your readers, and I would be grateful if you could tell others about it.
Are you free to give me a call?
Many thanks for it."
Best regards,
Camille Jones, the CEO's executive assistant
-------
The interview went well!
Let's now get our CEO ready for the interview. Talking points will be necessary to help her stay focused. This is how we go about it:
1) Antler is the only space travel corporation with a mission to Mars; 2) Antler's spacecraft are efficient and safe for human habitation.
3) Antler is an environmentally friendly space exploration firm that only employs clean energy sources.
4) Antler will open up space exploration to all people.
5) Humans are able to investigate other worlds in our solar system thanks to technology created by Antler.
Press Conference:
We need to get Antler in the news now that our charm offensive is starting to take off. Creating an event is one way to accomplish this. Invite influential people on social media, bloggers, and the media to the event.
These are some concepts for the occasion.
The group approves of this suggestion:
"A Trip to Mars: The Experience of Antlers" — Take your visitors on a virtual journey to the Red Planet in Antler's elegant spacecraft. In addition to engaging in interactive activities that will give them the impression that they are actually traveling through space, they will be able to take in vistas of Earth and its orbiting satellites from their seats in the main cabin.
Antler goes to Market
Public relations (PR) is a crucial strategy for building brand awareness, but achieving earned media success is difficult, particularly in the face of well-funded competitors. Additionally, thousands of other brands are vying for consumers' attention.
Thus, the group chooses to launch a marketing initiative.
Here are some recommendations from our A.I.
1. Produce a video advertisement that showcases the exceptional experience of visiting other planets and viewing Earth from orbit.
2. Create promotional materials (such as print advertising and billboards) that highlight fascinating individuals with a passion for space exploration, such as scientists, teachers, and others.
3. Provide sponsorship for science and technology-related events or activities (such as robotics fairs), which may draw in younger audiences interested in space travel.
To bring the brand to life on film, we now require a voice over script:
Title: Reach Beyond Script: There are locations beyond our earth just waiting to be explored. locations where the sun sets in the east and rises in the west.
The locations of planets around other stars... Beyond that, there were still undiscovered worlds and galaxies nestled inside of other ones.
How would you feel if you were one of those astronauts? How would it feel to bravely venture into virgin waters or fly into undiscovered airspace?
Even for a brief while, wouldn't you want to share your discoveries with everyone?
We at Antler are making it simpler than ever for everyone to bravely venture where no one has gone before, regardless of background or wealth.
Let's now place a billboard in Times Square. This is the idea.
A picture of a scientist, teacher, or other professional emerging from a space shuttle with the words "Antler: Go Beyond"
Additionally, in print...
Popular publications will carry a series of advertisements narrating the tale of a man who has made the decision to leave his luxurious life behind and go through space. Quotes like "wouldn't it be amazing if we could see the universe?" and "sometimes you have to break free from what's holding you back" are included in the dramatic and suspenseful photographs.
And a marketing ploy:
A fictitious spaceship will be positioned in public settings in a number of global cities. For a chance to win seats to Antler's 2020 Mars expedition, enter now. In addition to helping individuals get ready for any inquiries when they go ask friends, family, etc., the publicity stunt gets people to consider what they would do if they won the ticket.
Do you see where this is going?
The aforementioned example shows how A.I. can meet any company's communication demands. You may free up your team from the obstacles that prevent them from being creative, as well as make space for the most crucial component of the job: creative judgment.
These are formidable instruments, and they entail certain significant obligations. I'll be providing some roadside ethics in my upcoming piece.
Keep checking back!
